Science that protects people. Expertise rooted in humanity. On March 20, 2026, the doors of our branch campus in Rožňava will open to academics, practitioners, and students to celebrate World Social Work Day together.
St. Elizabeth University of Health and Social Sciences (VŠZaSP) has long pursued a path where academic education is not just a goal, but a tool to help the most vulnerable. The conference titled “Forum of Scientific Knowledge and Human Dignity in Social Work” embodies our vision of connecting top-level local expertise with a strong ethical foundation.
This important scientific event is organized by our branch campus in Rožňava in cooperation with the civic association Pomoc–podpora–pomáhanie, o. z. The importance of the topics we will address is also underscored by the fact that the conference is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic.
Part of the morning program will include a ceremonial segment that is especially important to us. We will present the following awards:
Through this, we want to publicly thank professionals who view their work as a mission and improve people’s lives every day.
We recognize that the topic of human dignity concerns all of us. Therefore, as part of our digital transformation and commitment to openness, we will broadcast the entire conference live.
St. Elizabeth University of Health and Social Sciences in Bratislava (VŠZaSP) is not just an educational institution. It is a living ecosystem of help that combines academic rigor with real-world practice.
Our mission is to transform your talent and willingness to help into top-level expertise that has the real power to change lives.
