The greatest celebration for a university is the formal graduation ceremony of its students.
On February 9, 2026, we were pleased to award bachelor’s degrees to our graduates of Social Work. After a heartfelt expression of gratitude from the students, which brought tears to many eyes, the Vice-Rector, Professor Jozef Šuvada, addressed the graduates and their families.
He emphasized the importance of both professional expertise and a human approach when working with vulnerable clients in social work, and he appreciated the perseverance of students who successfully completed their studies alongside work and family responsibilities.
